Yes, Captain Fecal Matter, pick a fight with a group not known for taking your abuse. That's a great way to boost your chances outside of Kentucky. It's not like you have real issues to discuss, anyways.

It’s probably not a coincidence that since he began his crusade against metal that his poll numbers have been surging upwards.  Picking out a small and unique group, singling them out as “other” and using them to frighten the masses is a proud tradition in American politics.  However, many commentators believe that his call for metal internment camps goes too far.  Santorum has openly advocated the forced re-education of metalheads.  They would be forced to endure 30 days of non-stop “values based” music that promotes the American way of life as well as the free market.  In order to leave, they will have to sing the chorus to at least one Celine Dion song.

1. Because men can't be emotional
2. Divorcing people from emotions is wrong.
3. Um also, he might be suggesting male soldiers have no self control over "emotional" women. He basically divorce them (men) of responsibility and it really degrades both sexes.

Isn't found anywhere when you google it other than to the page it came from. No gallup poll numbers anywhere, no results. Nothing. Nor is there any mention of this $10,000 a plate dinner. Which I would expect there to be as such. It isn't mentioned on his page that he was here in Georgia, anything.

I have to call Poe on this one until I get some firmer evidence.

Well, seeing as how the only source of a Google search on the subject seems to be the blog you posted, or rather, most of the other stuff points back to that blog, which doesn't itself provide another source, nor a video.  As much as I don't like Santorum, it is the responsibility of the one making the post and the claims to prove said claims.

Don't go employing conspiracy/Christian logic on us now.  Yes, I know a lot of the shit they've claimed has been debunked, but the line of reasoning is the same, so my point stands.
