In what is probably the largest simultaneous attack ever, over 100 bombs went off in Kano, the next-largest city of Nigeria, which according to the BBC as of this post killed ~150 people. Boko Haram, the Islamic group who've attacked Nigeria intermittently over the past few years, have continuously called on Christians to leave North Nigeria. This is, undoubtedly, an incredible crisis for Nigeria, and gives a glimpse into a country that is, essentially, cobbled together by former British colonies from dozens of otherwise disparate tribes.

Since the OP is without a link, here's one (http://www.reuters.com/article/2012/01/21/us-nigeria-blast-idUSTRE80J1WO20120121) from Reuters.
And here (http://www.eurasiareview.com/21012012-nigeria-timeline-of-boko-haram-attacks-and-related-violence/) is a timeline of the events.

Is it bad that I barely have any reaction to this? This crap doesn't surprise me anymore.

Oh no, did they get the prince? Those poor Nigerians will need new bank accounts again
Aw hell...not again. And this, folks, is why colonization was NOT one of the better ideas in history.
Given historical content of fundamentalists, colony or not, stuff like this would still occour over anything from the trivial to the most serious.
