At least this wasn't in Ohio.

These people are nuts.  Naive, as their attorney states?  I doubt it.  Nobody in their right minds does these things and think it's the right thing to do, regardless of where they are.

Well they did plead guilty to the charges so there is that.

But seriously sounds to me like they decided to stop being landlords and didn't have the balls to sell their property and just wanted to make people's lives miserable.

They didn't want tenants.  They wanted people for torture and terrorizing practice.

It wouldn't shock me if they had secret cameras installed just to watch them have sex.
