Random Fox News Question

Hopefully there might be a conservative or two here to chime in on this... Is Fox as far to the right (in coverage and opinion) as they believe all other news networks are to the left?  I can try and rephrase if this is confusing, however I think the main point gets across.   

Update:  I don't really care who answers conservative or not just thought it would be interesting to here from someone who is

The US has never had any left-wing mass media (key word mass). I doubt it can exist at all. The medium of mass media naturally trends towards conservatism. Fox is only unique in it's unwillingness to pretend.

There is a bit of a left-wing slant out of MSNBC on occasion, but FOX News is such a crazy overreaction to this perceived left-leaning that it would be funny - if they weren't the "news" network with the highest ratings on television.

Sometimes I just facepalm at my own country's stupidity, you know that?

If by "Occasion" you mean Maddow and Olbermann, the latter of which was canned for ridiculous reasons and went on to some network that very few people have ever heard of. Those are the only two mainstream pundits that I'd consider "left-leaning".

Most news in the US is at least center-right.

Actually, the reason they're called "Fair and Balanced" is because they want to be the right-wing counterpart to the left-wing media.  That's the official reason they've given.

So it's fair to say that, in theory, they do believe that they are indeed as far right as the view they other media to be left.
