Well, I just gave myself a raging nostalgia boner on Youtube by listening to the radio stations from GTAIII. My god were good times had with that game, so many good times.

Even though I picked up GTA3 long after its prime time, one day I actually just sat down and listened to that one talk show.  Just parked my car somewhere, turned the radio to that station, and just listened.

That was awesome.

The Secret World is playable for anyone from today to monday.  All you have to do is Sign up and install.

Also I prefered Vice City and VC Stories Radio shows.

It wouldn't work anyways since they're all attached to my account. Unless they made it to where you can swap redeemed games. Which would be weird.

I'm enjoying the 3DS, but that's largely because I was a huge N64 fangirl and made sure to get the new versions of OoT and Starfox 64.

As awesome as the updated graphics, gyro controls, and optional 3D are, I actually find myself missing the old, clunky N64 graphics.  Does that make me an old fuddy-duddy?

(Current 3DS game list:
Cartridges
Pokemon Black
Lego PotC
Sonic Generations
Ocarina of Time 3D
Starfox 64 3D

I also have some downloadable games, but other than Tetris and Zuma's Revenge I don't really bother with them.)

Alright. Here is the faction map for Elder Scrolls: Online. Does anyone but me see a problem with this?

http://i.imgur.com/Y2buy.png

Most of the races that they paired up completely despise each other in one way or another. How much do you have to twist the existing lore to make the Dunmer and Argonians allies? Did they miss the part where those two races took turns enslaving each other for thousands of years? Most of these alliances don't make a damn bit of sense, even thousands of years before Skyrim.

Every other part of the game looks awful too, but that's what stood out for me.

Well, nations that normally hate one another have been known to join together to fight a mutual enemy, usually because they both see said enemy as a greater threat than the other is.  So, while unlikely, its not impossible, nor is it unknown.

In this case, Morrowind and Black Marsh could've joined forces because of the threat of the Aldmeri Dominion.  Remember how bad they are in Skyrim?  No reason those high elf fucks can't be a threat at any other time in history, considering they all seem to come off as condescending, nose-in-the-air, holier-than-thou twats who think fucking everyone, man or elf, is below them at the best of times...at the worst?  A plague keeping them back from their rightful dominion over Tamriel, if not all of bloody Nirn.

Personally, I'd like to see a game or add-on that incorporates Akavir.  We see and read so much about it, but we never, ever get to go there.  Come onnnnnnnnnnnnnnn...we've been everywhere else, pretty much.  Tamriel is old news, give me Akavir!

Perhaps that'd be the next game's location?

You have no idea how fast that'd make me tear my jeans like the Hulk, from the awesome.

Also, been derping around with the latest version of Technic Minecraft.  I have to say, I think I'm gonna enjoy the electric engines.  Steam engines are cool, but require coal.  Combustion engines will blow the fuck up unless you keep em fed with water, which is just more fucking overhead.  Electric?  I got one that runs as fast as steam, and I'm running it off two low-voltage solar arrays being fed thru a MFE (after goin thru a step-down LV transformer, of course).

I got a condenser in two days.  Three days, and I've got a small solar stack going, a macerator, an extractor, a MFE, step-down transformer, and about two stacks of glass fibre cable.  I only -ever- use glass fibre cable, too...yes, its much more expensive than your standard fare, but it requires no insulation, has very little distance-based power loss (-1EU/t per 40 blocks), can handle power straight from a fucking nuclear reactor, and is totally safe to stand on.  Well, well worth the cost, if ya ask me.

From what we know so far, Akavir appears to be modeled after East-Asian cultures. The Blades trace their lineage from Akavir, which explains why their buildings look like this.

Also, there is the "Akaviri Sword" in Oblivion and the "Blades Sword" in Skyrim which are both pretty much katanas.
