I'm totally aware of the fact that there's a thread dedicated to political cartoons, but these really don't seem to be political cartoons as they are...whatever you want to call them.
It is a goldmine of stupid, the retarded pictographic brother of FreeRepublic. The irony is delicious in that it prides itself on logic and accusing us evil liberals of being nonsensical, while containing not a hint of logic. It is not satire and it is not intended to be a parody of what Republicans think liberals think - the people here are
totally serious. And for that, I feel it deserves to have its own thread so we can make fun of it accordingly.
Here's the link to their site:
http://liberallogic101.com/I don't know if these 'cartoonists' know this, but the phrase ''separation of church and state'' isn't even IN the Constitution.
You'll notice they explain the joke in subtext on many of their 'cartoons.'
Yeah! I'm 18 and I never heard about this 'Bible' thingy until just a few months ago!
And to the gun point: I'll be concerned about condoms when someone uses a semi-automatic condom to mass murder 10+ people within a few minutes.
They must have been asleep when the racists left the Democratic party, and the Republican party used this little thing called the Southern strategy to attract those very racists and win elections throughout the 60s to 90s.
I'm still trying to figure out how eggs = liberals suck.
Yeah, as opposed to Republicans who spent MONTHS on ''You didn't build that'', a quote that was taken out of context and then played in ads to make it seem like Obama is a communist, despite EVERY reputable fact-checking organization calling out these ads as purely lies (whether it was 'pants on fire', 'Pinocchio's nose,' etc.)
I...what? How does the attack at Benghazi even remotely tie in to Romney's tax returns?
Yeah, dictatorships have never purposely named themselves incorrectly. Just look at the Democratic Republic of North Korea - it's obviously not a Stalin-esque dictatorship in which people have no human rights and are under the authority of some of the cruelest and most psychopathic dictators history has ever seen.
All right, so I'm cheating a bit by going to Quotefulness instead of LiberalLogic101. But I love this one.
They're literally saying that you shouldn't pay attention to studies, research and fact-based evidence. It also says that doing so is the same as religious fundamentalism, which is not based on any reliable fact-based evidence and has not been supported by any truly scientific research. And someone heard this being said and
thought it was sensible and thoughtful enough to quote.
That. Is. AWESOME.
