It said that if President Barack Obama wins re-election and raises Siegel's taxes, he will have to lay off workers and downsize his company - or even shut it down.

"Rather than grow this company I will be forced to cut back. This means fewer jobs, less benefits and certainly less opportunity for everyone."

In a version of Romney's "47 percent" remarks, Siegel added that "people like me who made all the right decisions and invested in themselves are being forced to bail out all the people who didn't. The people that overspent their paychecks suddenly feel entitled to the same luxuries that I earned and sacrificed 42 years of my life for."

The article goes on to say that this is the guy the movie "The Queen of Versailles" was made about.

So basically, a guy who overspends on luxuries that nobody needs is saying "I got mine" and basically threatening his employees to vote for Romney because he equates decent health care with a literal palace.

Somebody please shoot me if I ever start acting like this.

The criteria is "If Obama wins"

Basically, they could vote for Romney, but as long as Obama wins, they get screwed.  Or so they're told.

...I like how he basically tells his employees where to find him, should they want to exact their own form of "compensation" when/if he fires them. What a fucking moron.
