Baby survives with heart outside of body
« on: December 26, 2017, 11:44:05 pm »

A baby was born with her heart outside of her body, a condition affecting roughly 1 in every eight million pregnancies, with the odds of survival at about 10%.

A team of fifty doctors was able to save her life.

In case you're worried about how much this will cost the family, don't be. It happened in the UK with the NHS.

It doesn't concern you, Sister, that kind of absolutist view of the universe? Right and wrong determined solely by a single all-knowing, all powerful being whose judgment cannot be questioned and in whose name the most horrendous acts can be sanctioned without appeal?

The plural of "anecdote" is not "data."

Be weird, cause normal is boring.

From my rotting body, flowers will grow and I am in them and that is eternity.
