As a teacher's kid, even a chunk of the FACULTY would walk off in solidarity with the students on this.  My dad sure wouldn't put up with it.

I can understand not having the class (not really, but I can at least follow their nonsensical and racist thought processes), but banning all books on Latin-American history, so not only can they not learn about their heritage in class, but they can't learn it on their own, either? Are they insane?

Clearly, the white staff believe Latinos to be inferior. Talked into this moronic belief by their conservative propagandists, they have not the mental capacity to question overt idiocy. All of them in support should be summarily fired for lack of brainpower and replaced by non-racist teachers and faculty. Punished students should be given apologies, followed by payment for their services.
