"It's not Tourette's, it's Empiricism"

Someone should put that on a t-shirt.
That said, I've stopped trying to anticipate what people around here want a while ago, I've found it makes things smoother.
For I was an hungred, and ye told me to pull myself up by my bootstraps: I was thirsty, and ye demanded payment for the privilege of thine urine: I was a stranger, and ye deported me: naked, and ye arrested me for indecency.

I like this, but it seems hastily edited.

That may be the single gayest thing I have ever read on this board. Or the old one. ;)

Particularly true when it comes to gay vets. The sheer hatred spewed by some people -- FReepers being the first to come to mind -- towards LGBTs who are/were in the service is sickening. I recall a mainpage quote which said something to the effect of "I will no longer support the troops now that DADT has been turned out".
"Je me presse de rire de tout, de peur d'être obligé d'en pleurer."

The bean one is stupid. The GOP knew full-well that the tax cuts wouldn't do any of what they promise.

Just like we know full well that beans don't sprout 20 stories high overnight.

Well, it's possible he may be an impersonator ...

But they do gotta pretend otherwise to keep the suckers going.

Well, it's possible he may be an impersonator ...

Burden of proof lies with the person accusing him of impersonation.

True true, and I've read that one must ask stuff like what unit or division he/she is from to verify and stuff.
