Title: Four eighth-grade boys repeatedly raped sixth-grade boy
Post by: dpareja on August 15, 2017, 01:10:12 am

And the school allegedly tried to cover it up.

And what did the headmaster apparently tell the boy to do?

Quote
Brentwood Academy Headmaster Curtis G. Masters is accused of telling the 12-year-old boy to "turn the other cheek" and "everything in God's kingdom happens for a reason."

Put headmaster in jail and burn down the school.

No school should be more concerned about its brand than its students.

Take that headmaster down and lock him up for accessory after the fact. The kids who perpetrated the rape need whatever legal punishment is available. That, admittedly, isn't much. A stint in juvie, and a shrink to hopefully keep them from repeating. Unless you try them as adults. But that's a legal can of worms.

Try the little monsters as adults and throw them into jail, multiple 50+ year sentences on each.

Maybe use the death penalty on one of them as an object lesson.

Get rid of the headmaster.

That's what I'd do.

"Boys being boys"

Hey jack ass, boys don't stay boys.  Your Job, the thing you are paid to do, is to teach them to be men.  If the lesson your students get from you is that rape is no big deal and actions have no consequences what kind of men will be coming out of your school?

Fuck You.

No school should be more concerned about its brand than its students.

The part that I've always noticed is that any attempts to keep the brand clean always tarnish the brand more than the initial incident. (See also: Nixon and Watergate, Penn State and Sandusky)

Those are the ones that got leaked and became common knowledge. Most of the time, PR works, and when it works, it's invisible.
