How about rebooting something worthwhile, like SWAT Kats?

Make it with the same studio who rebooted Thundercats, THAT was a good (if short-lived) reboot.

... I'm upset that there are only 24 episodes of SWAT Kats, yeah. (26 if you count the individual minisodes instead of the bundled episodes)

... can we hope they re-hire Nicole Oliver to reprise her voice acting? Between the improved animation and the years of experience, this could be amazing.

I don't even know how they decide what to bring back. So eh. The shows people might want to bring back could come back. It just hasn't been announced.

SWAT Kats still has a semi-active fanbase to this day (fanart and fanfiction gets uploaded to the internet on a semi-regular basis) so there's definitely interest.

Yeah, who knew that a show that only lasted 24 episodes could have such a loyal fanbase?  BECAUSE IT WAS FUCKING RADICAL, THAT'S HOW YOU KNOW!

Yep.  It doesn't seem that long for Buffy either.  They were going to try a reboot of it, but without Whedon, and everyone from fans to former actors balked at that.  Can't say I blame them.
