OK, just finished vomiting after reading that.  I keep underestimating the potential for sheer WTF-making sickness on the part of certain people.

That is indeed one ass-ugly dummy.  The drag queen eyelashes make it look all the weirder.   Brown is certainly no Jeff Dunham.

And is there something in the water down in the Tampa Bay area?  There's another church guy who got busted for messing with kids... he just wanted their feet:
