The NFL has the spotlight shining on their culture of permitting players stay employed with the team in spite of committing felony level offenses. Like I stated in another thread, if I committed some of the offenses that these players did, I would lose my job, and if I wasn't terminated, I would still face some severe consequences.
I do really hope the NFL begins to hold a higher standard of accountability, conduct, and ethics for all employees and members on and off the field. At this rate, if they don't care about what the fans want, maybe corporate sponsors backing out and the constant media exposure will make the NFL change their ways.
