I have a job interview Friday as an assistant at a cabinet shop! WOOO!

I've been unemployed so long it's not even funny. I know several here are in the same boat, I'm just relieved to finally get a bite.

And I got another callback just today for a vet tech position. Woot!

Cabinet shop helper in the morning, vet tech in the afternoon...things are looking up.

Well, I've got good news and bad news...

The bad news is, my unfamiliarity with the metro system around here led to me being 40 mins. late for the cabinet shop interview. The guy was still nice enough to grant me an interview, and he said they'd be making their decision on which candidate to take by the end of this week, but I'm not holding out much hope.

The good news is, THE VET WANTS ME BACK FOR A SECOND INTERVIEW! WOOT!
