I had a moderately bad cold when I posted my "gone temporarily" post... my sister had a flu. She was feeling particularly bad a couple days ago, so I hugged her, invited her in to sit with S and I while we played D&D, and generally did what I could to comfort her. Now... now I have it. I know I have a fever because my entire body feels simultaneously hot and cold, it's super-sensitive to the touch, I'm shivering, I can't stop coughing, my throat is so sore, my body has random aches in my arms, legs, stomach... someone take this thing away... please... >_<

Yikes... well... hey, you can't say your sis never gave you anything eh? Eeeeyeaahhhh.
Anyway, hang in there and keep hydrated and take some vitamin C and Zinc. Hope you both feel better soon :-/

Hey guys, thanks for putting up with my whining and bitching.
I'm finally recovering, by which I mean my nastiest symptoms are finally over. Now comes the part where congestion in my head slowly drains. Which means it's that part of the disease where piles of Kleenex start... piling. :P
But hey, it beats what I had in the OP.
