Polish dentist removes ex's teeth from head (HOAX)
« on: July 17, 2012, 04:33:49 pm »
This one's a few months old, and I'm honestly surprised it hasn't been posted about sooner.

Whoops, this is a hoax.

Quote
In a gross violation of the Hippocratic Oath, a Polish dentist took the trust of her ex-boyfriend into her own hands - and then she took his teeth.

The Daily Mail reported that Dr. Anna Mackowiak just couldn't overcome her anger when she saw her ex, Marek Olszewski, sedated on her dentist's chair. Olszewski had dumped Mackowiak for another woman just "days" before he faced her again, this time lying down in her dentist's chair.

...

NDTV wrote that Mackowiak then wrapped his mouth shut with gauze and bandages to better hide her crime. "I tried to be professional and detach myself from my emotions. But when I saw him lying there I just thought, 'What a b*****d,'" she said.

...

The kicker? The woman Olszewski dumped Mackowski for turned around and dumped him. Toothlessness is apparently an effective deal-breaker.

What's stupid about this is a lot of people have put the blame on HIM.

"Why would you go visit a dentist who you just recently broke up with?"

Well, how about "He already had the appointment and couldn't really afford to cancel" and also, "he trusted her to be professional."

Quite frankly, I'm mostly upset with people's reactions to this.

Imagine if this had been a man doing it to a woman.  Can you imagine the shitstorm that would have rightly come up?  A man removing a woman's teeth because she left him for another man?

Yet because she has a vagina between her legs, the people treat HER like she's the victim on all of this.

In a sense, it's extremely condescending.

Rant over.

Well, that's kind of a relief.  A lot of places were reporting this as true.  That's the problem with the information age... stuff flies around.

That being said, my point about people's reactions still stand.  They are, indeed, quite keen to blame the man in this scenario, albeit a fictional one it is.

Just out of curiosity, where else would one remove teeth from?
Her3tik, you have groupies.

There are a number of ways, though my favourite is simply to take them by surprise. They're just walking down the street, minding their own business when suddenly, WHACK! Penis to the face.

Apparently, there's been rare cases of genetic mishaps that have caused teeth to grow in weird places.  Supposedly, there was a case of a boy who had a tooth growing in his foot.

Oh I remember hearing about this story when it first came out, I didn't realize it was a hoax. I couldn't imagine what it would have been like for the person had the story been real.

Though this was a hoax, it does remind me of the movie The Dentist where the dentist guy pulls all of his wife's teeth in a fit of psychosis that was spurned by catching her cheating on him with the pool guy.

I wouldn't be surprised if that's what started this hoax.
