The original was cool, fun and refreshingly different.

Not sure if I like this trend of making remakes out of every damn thing but others have said that with new audiences making a updated film/series to suit new viewers is a justification in itself. For the rest of us, we will still have the old version if we don't like the new one.

I heard the animation's kinda all over the place: sometimes, its really damned impressive, and other times, its really off-model.  Probably because being an animator is shitwork, unless you're a member of the, like, two studios that do their own animation.

Am I the only one that didn't care at all for FLCL? it really seemed too 'LOL RANDOM' for me, and, well, when I usually tell people that, I get "you have no fucking taste for anything good, so your opinion doesn't matter"

... so I just go back to re-watching Log Horizon, usually.

I can see how the randomness would make people dislike it and I admit that FLCL is a weird show. I thought it was fun, but that is just my opinion and even if it was my "MOST FAVOURITE BEST EVER SHOW!!!" I would still respect other peoples opinion if they didn't like it. Then again, I have always thought that the fandom wars are kinda silly.
