Yesterday Aung San Suu Kyi finally received her Nobel Peace Prize 21 years after she was awarded it. That she is in Norway is an amazing event in itself. But it is not over. Burma has a long way to go, remember this is just a beginning.

I listened to this the other day.  The world needs more people like her.

The question is, will Burma now head toward becoming a truly democratic independent country, or will it become another PRC client state?  Chinese business interests still loom large there.
