I just saw a couple of clips of videos from his last album, Black Star, just released last Friday. Holy fuck. Performing his own epitaph. The two bits of songs I saw are just so dark. He was so frail looking, and wearing a blindfold with coins atop the eye area. Death head singing. It's very good music, though. He never stagnated, he always ventured into new territory. He was defiant of social and gender "normalcy' to the very end.

One thing's for sure....I had no idea that Bowie was even sick. Was I really ignorant or did Bowie keep it secret?

I agree with UP and Barbarella's sentiments.  I too would like to think they're is a reunion show in Heaven now with Bowie and Mercury and with some of the other greatest music acts opening up for them.  Wow, the thought of this just give me chills.


RIP David Bowie, you will missed dearly.
