Karjala is garbage but it is also the cheapest 4,7% beer in Finland so people are buying by the 100 packs. It doesn't matter what it tastes like if you just want to get drunk, maybe the same is true for Jim Bean and Bud light.
Not a joke. The brewery started selling the beer in 100 can packs to honour Finland turning 100 years old.
Seeing as I work at a store and spend a lot of time at the drink section the reaction to these has three stages:
1: Astonished laughter.
2: Taking pictures of the packages.
3: Asking around if someone would help carrying these.
...Not to be outdone the brewery that makes Keisari (Emperor) beer started selling 1000 can packages. (It's just a cargo pallet but all the cans are sold as one package. It's actually just a bit over 1000 cans.)
