Guv'nuh of Arizona, I think. She's a bit of a fascist Manticore, hence the state of her... state.

Is this supposed to be Ann Coulter? Because I know she's a complete attention whore.

I'd just like to mention that the pipeline was supposed to run through my state's ecologically fragile Sandhills.  Nebraska may be firetruck red, but quite a few people weren't so thrilled about the idea of the Sandhills being ruined by a leak.  Of course, Exxon ran ad campaigns trying to distill fears of this, but because this shit doesn't seem like it's gonna go anywhere, those have silently disappeared off the air.

...Was the Amway/Michigan Romney connection intentional or just lucky happenstance?

For those not in the know - Mitt Romney was born in Michigan and his dad was Governor for a while. Amway is headquartered in Michigan as well. Admittedly, Amway is headquartered here in the Grand Rapids area (west side) while the Capitol is in Lansing (center-ish) and the Romneys resided in Detroit/Bloomfield Hills (east side), but still. Funsies.

I hate Amway so much, it's basically a legal scam.

It would be a good cartoon if that guy in the background didn't look like Ron Paul.

That's why I deleted it, the background guy looked too much like Ron Paul for my taste. I didn't notice it at first, than I went "oh shit I made a mistake" I'll post it again if anyone wants to see it

Eh, Ron Paul and the Paulbots are wrong on many subjects, but we can agree on some issues.

Although I do find it funny how Paul(?) is just pointing and not really doing anything to stop what is happening.
I'd be more sympathetic if people here didn't act like they knew what they were saying when they were saying something very much wrong.
