As of right now, I have submitted 2 posts, and both have completely disappeared.  I'm guessing it's because I used my name, without being logged in.  Can anyone help me?

Also, is there a formatting guide for the markup language used on FSTDT?  I'd like to know the proper way to italicize and post links on there. 
I think I've tried the [url=... thing before and it didn't work.

Since there is userbase overlap (because this used to be the FSTDT forum), and the layout of fstdt.com hasn't changed since the split, I was wondering if there's some technichal thing I'm missing; in other words, I was looking for some arcane way to fix it than emailing admin@fstdt.net and hoping for the best, because it would be more convenient and effective.  And I posted here because there's no good way to communicate questions on that site.
