You guys don't know much about the geography of the U.S do you? There are some really cut off places in the U.S. small towns where the idea of a cell phone tower don't exist, trust me if a town is cut off enough it can easily end up like this.

That bastard. That BASTARD! (I'm just over 3 hours into Persona 5.) (also, does anyone else think the school's principal looks almost exactly like the Kingpen from the 90's Spider-man cartoon?)
