Really? I mean, REALLY? How many times have I seen this stupidity repeat itself? *sighs* Can the dead not get any respect? I wanna find the person who did this, and show him that if he (or she) can't respect the dead, or bacon, they can respect the incinerator. Just...UGH.

I know I'm surrounded by athiests, but you guys are my friends.  I'm just going to state my personal beliefs when I say:
God won't care.  He (or whatever he is) knows what's what.  He doesn't care about bacon that some assholes put on a person.  It'll be okay.

Yeah, but there's no worry about the person's eternal life.  As far as I believe, anyway.
The act or intent... well... I don't know what awaits the person(s).

When I read the title I actually giggled. That's so ridiculous.

But the thought behind this action is pretty terrible. Can't even leave a dead person alone.

It's difficult not to get angry about it, though. Especially when you don't believe in any kind of afterlife, karma, etc.

Well... I can't NOT believe about something after this.  Probably for the same reasons you believe in nothing after this.  It just turns out that way.  Your belief isn't any less valid than mine, given the evidence, so whatever you want to believe... *shrugs*

Of course. Humans being dicks doesn't affect my beliefs. But, my beliefs (or lack thereof) do affect how I handle humans being dicks, if that makes sense. One of the tough things about being an atheist is that you never really get to think, "At least he'll see justice in the afterlife".

Just to say:  I don't believe in eternal hell and suffering.  What's the point of that?  God wants his creations to learn, right?   So how can they show what they've learned in eternal torment?  I believe living is a learning experience in and of itself. 

Thinking a bit, and knowing myself, boy will I have a lot of lives to live.  I know nothing.

Yeah, I've always had a problem with the concept of eternal torment. How could a finite infraction, no matter how horrific, possibly balance out with infinite torture?

I used to believe in something similar, and I was raised Christian, so I know that most theists aren't hateful, blood-lusting fundies. :)

If I had to say that I believe in one supernatural force, its karma.  I've seen her work time and again, and I gotta say, she is one cold bitch, sometimes.  But, only when the person in question actually merits such...attentions.
