Texas Defends Voting Laws: We don't want Democrats to vote.

In other words, they don't care if they screw over minorities.  They just want to screw over Democrats, and the minorities are in the way.

But infringing on the rights of citizens is wrong wether it is done on minorities or not...

Or are they really so used to bullying people that they think it is acceptable?

And isn't this the same party that claims that Obama is a tyrant? And now they aslkfnaldgkn

I think my brain just brokeas,flamgdkmfb,...
No matter what happens, no matter what my last words may end up being, I want everyone to claim that they were:

And they admit it! The freaks!

Well, perhaps their hubris will be their downfall.

It isn't over. I hope Davis runs for Governor! She's a beautiful Texas Rose! The one, shining Lone Star!

If only we could beam up the city of Austin (sans the capitol building with all these assholes in it) and place that lovely town with all it's nice people somewhere safe, outside of Texas.

We should kick Texas out of the union, invade via "peacekeeping action" and then set up a puppet government. It'd be funny and deeply ironic.

This is without doubt the best excuse I have ever heard.

The party's name is the Democratic Party. It has been since 1830. Please spell correctly.

"The party must go wholly one way or wholly the other. It cannot face in both directions at the same time."

It is rather psychotic.

I dunno. It's been done so often, with poor results, but Texas would be better off with Hamid Karzai as Governor over Rick Perry, nu?

I actually thought he mean Texas' excuse, and that's what I called crazy. Mine is perfectly reasonable. Overthrow them and set up a fully controlled government.

Ironbite, you do realize I'm not dead serious, right? A large part of my sense of humor involves deadpanning insanity, just like yours involves a lot of caps lock and your text-verbal tic. For me, I guess, the biggest problem is in text, the overly cheery voice that I then use is gone. Like, the "perfectly reasonable" comment is not supposed to be taken seriously. Calling for war on Texas, I know, is not reasonable. The process I outlined would make me laugh for hours if it really happened, due to a Texan doing that (minus the kicking out of the union) to Iraq, which makes it ironic, but it's not reasonable or possible. When I support something insane or difficult, I acknowledge the issues. When it's a joke, I say it's perfectly reasonable.
