It's hard to believe that it's just a coincidence that all of the assailants happen to be black whereas the victim is a white guy. Then you've got two white people standing by, looking upset but doing nothing to stop it, and one white dude cheering them on. All of the black people are either indifferent or actively encouraging it, none of them stepping in to stop it. The only message I'm getting is that the artist believes black people are bullying/harming whites, and society is either indifferent to it, too scared to step in and stop it, or eggs it on. Seems like a pretty obvious "Black people have gone too far with civil rights and are harming poor whitey" statement to me.
