No, they are legitimately getting worse. Either that, or people are lying to me about jobs being easier to find. Oh, and I would know less people my age who use EBT than those who don't.

Some things are getting better, though its slow. To be fair, Detroit's been shitty for quite a while. My understanding is that the only thing Detroit doesn't suck at is urban exploration, for which it's like fucking heaven.
