Title: LDS Church disallows children of gay parents from joining

There are other things this new decision has caused, but mostly, it's against gay parents and their children. There are times when I have asked myself if leaving was a good idea. Shit like this, well..it leaves no room for doubt. I made the right choice.

I've got bad news for you: they likely won't join your parcel of Christianity. The chances of being successfully indoctrinated into another religion after you can reliably distinguish fantasy from reality is slim.

I applaud the LDS church for their efforts to increase the nonreligious population.

I said slim, not none. Some people have trouble distinguishing fantasy from reality all their lives.
