Clearly he put gloves on his hands in advance and tried to grab the gun from Zimmerman. [/Fox News]

I think it's pretty easy to figure out what actually happened that night.  Zimmerman decided he wanted to be a vigilante, he started following some kid even though the police dispatcher told him not to, he confronted the kid, the kid got scared (probably thought he was being mugged or something), and then Zimmerman shot him.

At least that's what it looks like to me.

Either that or Zimmerman followed this kid, started some shit, got his ass beat for it, and then pulled a gun for some revenge.

...or Zimmerman followed Martin, who got pissed and attacked Zimmerman.

Thing is only one living person knows exactly what happened that night.

Hmm Zimmerman doesn't have a whole lot of corroborating physical evidence for his story. Moreover it is a story which would result in corroborating physical evidence.

Also, wasn't there a bleedin recording of the emergency operator telling dickhead to stop following the poor kid?  What, was Trayvon part of the Illuminati?  Did they fake the whole recording using non-existent magic software to perfectly mimic dickhead's voice to get back at him for killing one of their own?

Seriously, why hasn't this fucker simply been tossed in a god damned cell for life yet?  What's takin so god damned long?

That, and I'm sure they like to drag shit like this (high-profile cases) out as long as they can...one, it gives the lawyers more money, and two, it gives whatever town it happens to be taking place in a nice boost in tourism, and tourists tend to buy things, even if they're protestors.

also long drawn out cases benefit defendants if high profile (OJ and Casey)

If the State of Florida doesn't get at least a perjury conviction for Zimmerman, then their prosecutors are incompetent.  The guy has lied to the court on several occasions.

correct me if I am mistaken but in Zimmerman's account of the event he shot Martin while Marti was supposedly on top of him and banging his head into the sidewalk. That would imply that after being shot Martin's blood would have fallen on both Zimmerman and the gun.
This story was already dubious given that in the videos of him being arrested he was pretty clean, but this just makes it even more unlikely now. The evidence just does not fit the story Zimmerman is trying to sell.
