Oh no.  Iran is definitely about to get it's dicked stomped and it's about time too.  There's just been to many instances of it thumbing it's nose at the rest of the world and this...this is just the US getting into position to take the first shot.

Ironbite-now if Obama was using NDAA to arrest citizens then we'd have a problem.

True. But some say that may actually happen. Considering Iran is a third world country I don't see the necessity. Taking away their purchasing power should do far more damage than arresting American Citizens.

Are you sure that the whole world is along for the ride? If I'm not mistaken, China and Russia are kinda chummy with Iran, and they aren't countries I'd want to see pissed off. That, and this doesn't seem like it's going to end well. Iran may not exactly be a superpower, but they're hardly in the shape Iraq was in when we decided to invade them; I imagine that Iran can and will put up a bit more of a fight.

If there's a draft for this when the shit hits the fan, I'm renouncing my citizenship and moving to Canada.

It will probably be bombing campaign. Unless the regime falls (and possibly even then), IMHO the US would take significant casualties attacking Iran in a full invasion.

Also, I don't like Iran or the Ayatollahs, but how come the US is allowed nuclear weapons and Iran isn't?*
