Yeah, I heard of this. It was on yahoo news the other day. I find it completely stupid. I know they're targeting teenagers primarily, but what if someone's loading something heavy in their car and it drops on their foot? I'd be cursing a blue streak. One would hope they would have exceptions to the rule...

Could be worse though. I heard that at the resort town Sylvan Lake up here in Alberta, that if you're caught swearing OR spitting, you can get slapped with a $200 fine.
