It is also completely irrelevant to the validity of the theory of evolution whether or not Darwin recanted. In the same way as if Isaac Newton recanted the theory of gravity.

No, he didn't. Even the brain trust at Answers in Genesis admit it.

Hell, Bitcoin was basically made as a front for illegal activities, anyways.

If human history is so easily supressed, how are reliable sources a mere Google search away? It's easy to control the results of a search engine, certainly Google and Yahoo would be down with the illuminati?

Look it up. Do an internet search on Megalthic structures, ancient height technology, and giant skeletal remains. Human history has been suppressed by men who want to control what you think and believe. Darwin admitted on his death bed that his theory was BS.

The time for getting rich with Bitcoin is basically over. The practicality is gone. It's too slow to use, too unpredictable to store wealth into and we are unlikely to see the value go up the way it went before.

Anyone who tells you to buy Bitcoin now is either a deluded fool or someone trying to sell you his Bitcoin.

It may survive for a while since criminals are still using it to launder money and there are plenty of fools left in the world but I see on practical reason to use Bitcoin for anything legal instead of a real currency.

Politics and Government / Re: RIP Barbara Bush

I'm going to have to go against the grain here as say that despite Barbara dying and Trump being even worse, their legacy is still fucking horrible. While I'm not familiar with Bush the Greater's time in office aside from the Gulf War being a thing (not a point in his favour, btw), I do know that not only did his son get not just America but almost the entire western world bogged down in Iraq and Afghanistan (which at one point he tried to justify to his French counterpart by saying Iraq is controlled by Gog and Magog. I shit you not), but also his deregulation led to the entire global economy getting fucked in the cornhole in 2008.

Sure, losing a family member is never a good thing, regardless of ideology. But when you consider they needlessly inflicted exactly that ordeal on hundreds of thousands of people with their utterly pointless wars (approx 650 000 deaths in Iraq alone), I don't care nearly enough for even empty internet condolences.
