The ones I've heard are:
 - Sports/Athletics (especially things like horseback riding)
 - Tampon use
 - Accident/injury
 - Masturbation (which the fucknuts at this school don't want girls doing anyway)
 - Certain surgeries
 - No reason whatsoever, as far as anyone can tell

... and I'm sure there's more. Also, a small percentage of people with vaginas never have a hymen in the first place (which, according to anecdotal evidence, is a trait that tends to run in families).
