I don't think we should be calling him insane just yet, so I disagree with the woman in the video. You can be quite sane and still advocate evil things.

I agree with both of them. However he should not be kicked out of school for something he said, however "immoral" it was

The student's disgusting views are protected by the First Amendment, which prohibits the government from censorship. However, because his private school is not government-run, they can give him exactly what he deserves - a free one-way plane ticket to Siberia.

I think this qualifies him as Lawful or Neutral Evil.

I oppose the Islamization of Europe as well.  I just don't think that killing children is best way of solving the problem or promoting a solution.

It's because of people like Breivik (and the idiots who defend him) that far-right has such a bad reputation.

The woman in the clip didn't quite get it right.  Breivik did plant bomb, but most of his killing was done on the island where the political summer camp was being held.  In cold blood he shot young people, and when the fell, he went over to them and shot again to make sure that they were dead.

As to the American student who lauds an act of utter savagery, he may well be protected by the First Amendment, but should be kept under observation by the appropriate authority.  His choice of language - assuming he really understood what he was saying - is capable of being understood as justifying the Nazi genocide.

The only comfort from this terrible event is that Breivik is likely to spend the rest of his life in an asylum.  The young American's views are a slap in the face to the parents, siblings, families of all those who were so cruelly killed.  He insults all of Norway, one of the most civilized places I have ever been.  God help America, and the rest of us, if this young firebrand, or others like him, should eve aspire to political power.

I'm a little surprised that the Norwegian judiciary considers Breivik insane.  If he had committed such a crime in the USA, not only would an insanity plea be denied, he would almost certainly get the death penalty.

I don't think he's insane.  Deeply disturbed yes but fully aware of what he was doing.  He just didn't think of it as "wrong".  In his mind he was a soldier fighting a war and any action he took was justified by that.  But he wasn't and that's what's gonna nail him.
