Lol, I never thought about that...shit, they might as well arrest me. When i drive the loader at work I like to listen to music (since it's so quiet with the cab windows shut). We're not allowed personal devices like MP3 players, so I burn music from CDs and online to play on the loader's radio. To add to that I know when I've talked on the CB that that music was broadcast to anyone with a radio on the same settings, mainly the entire plant and the truckers around the area at times

The crux seems to be that for estimation purposes... they seem to assume that every example of a pirated piece is a CD they otherwise would have sold.

Hey, if you had the option, wouldn’t you? I mean, giving a shit is tough, and most of the things you give a shit over don’t really deserve that shit anyways. I think most people only give a shit because they have to in order to get along in life.

And, let’s face it, Cage managed to make not giving a shit into something relatively marketable.

Torrenting is not illegal. It's merely another method of downloading. Torrenting copyrighted content, however, is illegal.
