The New Mexico supreme court also explicitly endorsed same-sex marriage yesterday. We didn't have any state laws banning it, so it was probably one of the easier supreme court cases when it got to that point.
Hopefully Utah doesn't have to ask the Feds for help enforcing this ruling.
EDIT: So yeah, looks like this is a U.S. District court ruling, which means Utah still has a statewide ban. If this case gets overruled anywhere in the federal court system, the ban will go back into effect.
