p.s. “A fool who cannot see the outside world,” if it is meant to mock The Fearless Leader, is not sarcasm. That's direct critical name-calling.

A lot of stories about North Korea, even ones reported by reputable outlets, turn out to be horseshit.  I suspect this is one such story.
