My goodness, I love how people like to shoot at easy targets rather than tackling real issues.
The material needs a defender more than the spiritual. If there is a higher power, it can defend itself from the material. Thus denotes 'higher power'.

Want to destroy media that contains violence? Why not organize a bible burning?

BUT THE BABBLE IS THE TRUE WORD OF GOD!

Ironbite-it's like these people cannot fundamentally tackle the real cause of the issue

Anyone bringing marshmallows to the event will be considered frivolous.
I am an old man, and I've seen many problems, most of which never happened.

Am I the only one who thinks the chemicals released by the burning are likely, in the long term, to lead to more deaths than in the shooting itself?

If you look at it logically, cannibalism has great potential to simultaneously solve our overpopulation and food shortage problems.

They're giving you a $25 gift certificate in exchange for a game? If I were nearby (assuming the gift certificate is for something I'd want), I'd bring them a crappy $5 bargain bin game. A $20 saving is really nothing to sneeze at, especially if it's at the expense of morons.

It really doesn't matter if he played them or not, how many people play them on a daily basis but you don't see them shooting up a school?? I would like to know if Adam Lanza was receiving any kind of mental healthcare??

He also drank water, wore pants, and was known to walk on occasion. Perhaps we should ban that, as well.

Reports that he breathed, however, have been chalked up to media exaggeration and fearmongering.

It doesn't concern you, Sister, that kind of absolutist view of the universe? Right and wrong determined solely by a single all-knowing, all powerful being whose judgment cannot be questioned and in whose name the most horrendous acts can be sanctioned without appeal?

Quote from: Supreme Court of Canada
Being required by someone else’s religious beliefs to behave contrary to one’s sexual identity is degrading and disrespectful.
