Some people will believe anything.

That picture was horrific.

I totally wish this thing existed so that I could go out hunting for it.

I like how even the excerpt that removes the part that says "yeah, we made it all up" keeps the phrase "The fictional Republic of Kamistan". Because apparently telling people that your story takes place in a made-up country is not enough for them to start doubting you.

Sadly, I don't think m lot of people around here know what "fiction" means. It's kind of a "big word" , even though kids get taught what it means in elementary school.
Ugh, the stupidity of people around me drives me insane sometimes.

The day that spiders gain wings is the day that life is no longer worth living.

I'm not going to lie; if I ever saw something like that, I would think, "Holy S**T! KILL IT WITH FIRE!" and run.
The winged spider hoax reminds me of the Pacific Northwest Tree Octopus (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Pacific_Northwest_tree_octopus) hoax that was meant as a teaching tool about thinking critically and checking academic sources online. Still today, sadly, people actually believe that a species of octopus called the Pacific Northwest Tree Octopus exists.

I am sad that people believe this.

I love it. Gullible twits are great to screw with

What is this, Grim Fandango?
"Poor spiders, no more daemon heart to eat."
