Eh, the big thing I want from Castlevania is for Konami to release Symphony of the Night, Circle of the Moon, Harmony of Dissonance, Aria of Sorrow, Dawn of Sorrow, Portrait of Ruin and Order of Ecclesia on Switch. I need my Metroidvania fix.

Symphony of the Night's been on Xbox Live since the 360 days and it plays just fine, there.  Hell, if anything, it plays better there than it did on the original PlayStation.

It's also on PSN. I have it on my Vita!

I actually have Symphony of the Night on 360 (which can even be played on Xbox One), the GBA games (save Harmony of Dissonance. I never got around to buying that one) on Wii U and the DS games. It's not that I can't play them. I just want them to be playable on one device that I can take with me.

Meanwhile, I'm getting back into Sunless Sea. I have to say, there's something quite cathartic about puttering about in a steam powered convertible submarine (sorry, zubmarine), stopping off an weird and wonderful places and slowly but surely solving the world's problems. Not to mention, you can turn various organs, including your penis and/or vagina into crystals. Honestly, what's not to love?

Doom Eternal's first gameplay video dropped.

Ironbite-I didn't know I needed grappling hook double barrel shotgun until this game.

I could only watch the first few minutes of the Eternal footage. I'm at a point where such highly scripted gameplay demos do nothing for me.

The game looks fun and I would like to see how they continue the plot (despite plot not being the main point of the game.) They managed to make the three significant characters interesting with a very well done "show don't tell" method.

I only wish that they'd keep up with numbering the games. We already have Hitman and Wolfenstein series with similarly named games that make it hard to remember which was which.
No matter what happens, no matter what my last words may end up being, I want everyone to claim that they were:
"If you strike me down, I shall become more powerful than you could possibly imagine."
Aww, you guys rock. :)  I feel the love... and the pitchforks and torches.  Tingly!

The pull stars in Super Mario Galaxy make the exact same sound as the warp pads in Zelda: A Link to the Past.

Yakuza 0 is in the bag. Damn I should have played this game sooner. Now on to Yakuza Kiwami.

The newest Bubsy (the one from 2017) is surprisingly good, considering that the reason the series got famous in the first place was because of how broken and incomplete Bubsy 3D on the playstation was.

Yakuza Kiwami is finished. It was fine. Yakuza 0 is a way better game, though. Now on to Yakuza Kiwami 2.
