I'd be happy to help. I can write stuff for your blog/website if you so desire. If we do start a Youtube channel, I'd also be willing to help manage it, maybe help write scripts or edit videos as well (I freely admit I know very little about editing, I'd be happy to learn).

That said, I'd rather avoid actually starring in podcasts. I'm not so good at talking to people in real time (main reason I've never been a regular in any IRC), so naturally it wouldn't make for interesting viewing. I suppose if it's scripted, though, I could lend a hand.

I have written  a couple of articles for RationalWiki before and I can generally help out with research, fact-checking, and editing if I have the time.

Or even if it's about certain trends in religious or areligious communities.

I've not got one clue where to start on any of this but if someone could point me in some directions, I've got free time until college starts in September to figure stuff out.

*Yes, I'm stuck on y'all's old names.

** I only just today got around to making a Facebook that isn't actually linked to my name and thus my family and acquaintances won't find. With an account listed as Madcat Tlx (first and last names respectively) I can now be free to actually use facebook and note care who sees what I like.

If you want to increase members to the site, another suggestion would be asking the current sister sites of FSTDT if they can add FQA to their links of sister sites when it's up and running.

I'm a good writer, but I'm not sure what topics I would cover, as most of my works are of fiction. Also (and I am ashamed to admit this) I didn't know what the hell a podcast was until my bf just explained it to me. *DERP*

Random idea: If we do a blog, each contributor should have a little header that goes at the start of each of their entries. That way readers can easily see that there are different people writing them. They would have the contributor's name (or nickname), along with some graphics that identify them. I can help make the headers.
