The funny thing is, out of that last list, all but two or three of those are things that are currently happening under the privatized insurance system.
In fact, if one were to point out all the shit that happens under privatized insurance, you could add the following:
-people dying of easily treatable conditions
-corruption
-legal theft (admittedly, a stretch. The idea is that insurance companies are doing their best to make you pay for as much insurance as they can get you to buy while providing as little of it to you as possible. In other words, it is in their best interest to NOT provide you with the service you paid for, which is in my opinion, theft)
And probably more.
Health care should not be a business. It should be a fundamental human right.
