I have on occasion commented that since the appearance of the gun does not make it any more/less dangerous/effective, unless it affects functionality, I might paint my guns pink and put powerpuff girls stickers on them just for fun.

But that abomination... I would not be caught dead with anything that ridiculous on my guns.

Actually, those are intervals, not discrete sets, so irrational numbers are covered. Well, except those between 35 and 36, or 54 and 55. Now, if you identified as a complex number, then you'd have reason to feel marginalised.


How often can one work jokes about the ordering of the complex numbers into a conversation? I have to seize the chance when it comes.

I wish I knew what happened to all their originals! They were clear up to Jacob and Esau, last I remembered (a bit past, actually... but those are the only named characters I remember.
