Reminds me of an auto repair shop long ago. It had a sign outside saying "Have you checked your shocks lately?" and overnight someone rearranged the letters to say "Have u shook ur cock lately?"

Juvenile though both of those above examples are, the actual thought processes needed to come up with those takes a decent amount of smarts.  Also, both of them "cheat" a little by not using all the rearranged letters. (on the image I counted 38 in the original sign and 34 in the rearrangement).
