Caro, also known as Kevin Dawes, was a particularly crazy Goon who posted his crazy rants on the forum, and accused anybody who opposed him of being a undercover cop or CIA agent. In essence, the crazed gun nut libertarian.

Anyway, he finally got the stones to do what every Goon wishes he could do: Go to not one, but two middle eastern countries (Libya and Syria) and shoot people with his Dragunov for vague political reasons. Of course, his luck caught up with him and he is most likely rotting in a Syrian prison somewhere.
