Yeah, I'd either use sexually active for both or switch sexually active and promiscuous. Sexually active, at least to me, is someone who is responsible with their sex life. Promiscuous, on the other hand, is someone who engages in irresponsible activities, such as having unprotected sex with a new partner every night. That being said, even in those cases, using language like "slut" and "whore" is unacceptable. Some people just have different views of sex compared to the traditional sexist/misogynistic views of past.
However, society idolizes males who have frequent sex while shaming women who do, so switching the two would be a good way of showing the double standard.
Also, I'm not so sure of the chaste/prude example, at least depending on the case. I think it can go either way for both sexes depending on who's involved. Some people see chastity as a good thing, while others see it as a bad thing. For instance, back in high school, some girls made fun of me for not having sex, while more recently, some women have been more supportive when I say I'm trying to get my life in order when they try to hook me up with a friend.
