Title: Unable to log in to verify quotes

I had recently made a account at fstdt.net with the purpose of helping to lighten the workload of quotes. Unfortunately, when logged in there is no option to begin the process.

You need to be recognized as a pubadmin by Distind to approve or reject quotes.
