I got paid £76.50 today to basically sit on a sofa, chat and eat too much for 4 hours.  Sometimes being an extra is fucking awesome.

The interview went quite well. I really engaged with the guy, he was pleasant and fun to work with, and I have pretty much exactly the skillset he needs. Along with a lot of semi-relevant experience as well.

He's got other interviews to handle. Hopefully I'm the one, I like the job*.


*: For reference, the job in question is an electronics tester for a wholesale department store. They get a lot of returned and used items to resell, and it'll be my job to make sure the electronic ones work, or to record when they don't and how they don't. There'll also be some shipping experience as well.

Just got myself employment for the first time since I moved down to Sacramento in October! Going to be working as an electronics tester and shipping agent for about 10 bucks an hour. It's not huge, but it's definitely a good enough wage for a guy like me.

Double post but I don't care, I have just finished recording and editing the final episode of my first LP, I'm so fucking happy and ecstatic I can explode. I can't wait until I get to the next game.
