It says they all negotiated, but some of those shutdowns were longer than the current one so far, so it's not really fair to judge Obama against them until this ones finished.

Weavers, waivers, wobblies... are they meaning tax breaks? School lunch vouchers? Corporate welfare? Are they confused about the penalty applied to small 50+ employee companies that fuck with their workers hours to avoid the bother of shopping for group health insurance? WTF is this "waivers" all about?

As said earlier in the thread, they must mean waving red herrings about before lighting their giant straw man on fire and blaming Obama for the smoke.
